Art TOS
✔️ You can use my fan art for personal use . You do not have to contact me about using my art. Credit is not necessary but appreciated.
✔️ You may use my art as reference for practice purposes, but make sure you credit me when you do.
🚫 You cannot use my commission artwork or adoptable artwork in anyway unless you were the purchaser.
🚫 You cannot use my art for commercial use unless you commissioned me for commercial use.
🚫 You cannot mint my art as a NFT

Adopt TOS
✔️ You can resell/gift/trade the adoptable. You do not have to notify me when you transfer the adoptable.
✔️ You can resell the adoptable for a higher price than the price you purchased.
✔️ You can use the design as your OC, your sona, your DND character - pretty much whatever you want as long as it is not used as a hate symbol of any kind.
✔️ You can adjust and make changes to the design in any way you want.
✔️ You can use the artwork for any personal use (e.g. icon, header, wallpaper, personal merch, etc). Credits are appreciated but not necessary.
⚠️ Please note that I am allowed to freely post the original adoptable art on my social media and portfolio.
⚠️ If you plan to use the design/artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. sell prints or charms, use as a character for a commercial game, use for a vtuber design, etc), please let me know. You will be blacklisted if you use my designs for commercial purposes without my permission.
